Terrible noise from nearby clubs making sleep impossible!!! Outdated furniture and carpets need urgent attention!!! The pool refurbishment should have been communicated clearly!!! The odor of smoke in rooms is unacceptable!!!

Cracking experience! The staff were pure friendly and helpful, especially the guy at reception. I loved the room’s vibe and how clean it was. Only downside, the breakfast could have had more options. But overall, a braw stay! Would come back in a jiffy.

The experience was severely undermined by outdated furniture and elevators, making it feel more like a low-end establishment than the advertised luxury. The breakfast, included in the rate, fell far short of expectations and was quite disappointing. The lack of soundproofing in the clubs made nights unbearable, with noise continuing until 4 AM, and the safety of guests is questionable with an environment that feels far from secure. the prime steaks served were exceptional.

Just a good match for exploring town in Dubai with good value for cost. Enjoyed the free WiFi which made planning outings easy. Bring earplugs as noise can be an issue at night.

The location is excellent, being very close to the metro station and several shopping places. The staff, particularly the security officer Steve, was very helpful and attentive, providing a sense of safety during my stay.
The noise from the nearby clubs makes it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Comfortable stay, convenient location, offering free wi-fi and easy access to the nearest metro station just 500 metres away, which made exploring a breeze.

Room was accessible by lift, had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The private bathroom was nice with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Spa facilities were great with back massage and an indoor swimming pool. I enjoyed the foot massage too. Very clean and comfortable stay.
